Arushi

Arushi is 18 old girl. She is living east Delhi. Her father is drunker and jobless. Often, he is keep quarreling in family for money. Owing to this matter, Mother of Arushi filed a case against her father. Mother is domestic worker. His father does not live with family. Arishi have two younger sisters and one younger brother. All sisters and brother left study due to domestic and economic crunch reason. During Field survey, our outreach worker met her and advised for coming at office for counseling session because she was very depressed. We found that she has involved in illegal work and nobody knows in her family. And she is earning some money in hidden way. She could understand which is she doing, that is wrong. She completed six month stitching course by Vidhya Niketan with support of Lokhith organization. After finishing the course , Lokhith provided stitching machine and micro finance for opening the Boutique. Now she is happy and running the small shop and bearing all expenditure of siblings.



Shikha

Shikha aged 20. 2 years ago, The financial condition of his family was very poor. Her father lost mentally balance due to business loss. She have three sister and two brother, But no any kind of support from brothers. Owing to over age her mother could not do any kind of earning work. She was ready to do any work for earning money. She has been involving illegal work for some time. She came under the contact of our out reach worker. They advised her to meet with counselor of the lokhith organization after continue attempting she could agree to take the counseling session. During counseling, she has adopted illegal job for fulfilling needs. By counseling and moral support, she could understand that she has adopted wrong way now she decided to leave this way. She faced problem of surviving and study of her younger sister. Lokhith provided two month financial support and basic computer course so that she can be able for doing respected job. After two month, we made support to get job. Now she is computer operator in a respected company.


Renu

Renu is native of Dallupura. She is 25 years old lady. Her financial condition was very poor. She got divorce due to it. She has a little son. Her family did not any help of her because she made love marriage. She made contact from field stuff of lokhith society thorough community leader. She went under counselling session for counselling. We knew that she wants a job for surviving. Her married life has been ruined. Now that time,the dark was in front of her. Fortunately, She has done basic beautician course. She did also 2 month advance beautician course by lokhith Society. After it, lokhith society provided her a job as beautician teacher in a N.G.O. Now she is living happy with little son .










Sulender Kaur

Name :- Sulender Kaur.
Age :- 19 Years
Sulender Kaur is a resident of Kalyanpuri. 3 years ago, her family's financial condition was very poor.Her father was suffering from TB(Tuberculosis). she has 4 sisters and 2 brothers.After the marriage, her both the brothers did not have any connection with their family.After the marriage, her both the sisters were also busy with their family’s responsibilities. There was no means of earning for survivalHence, she was willing to do anything for survival. she met the ORW ofLokhith organization’ and She was suggested to take the counselling session by the organization. During counselling, it was found that by going against her desires, she has walked on the wrong path in order tofulfil the basic needs of theirfamily. During 2 months of counselling,the team was able to convince her that the path she has adopted is wrong and now she is ready to break this wrong path. Now in front of her,she had the challenges to fulfill her family needs as well as to continue her education simultaneously. In order toovercome these challenges, the team provided her a 6-month stitching course from the Lokhit organization and provided the treatment to her father. After the completion of her course, she was admitted in class 11. She got a sewing machine and micro finance Rs 5000 / - from Lokhith Organization. Now she does sewing work at her home.The Organization is also helping her for the education. Her father is also getting treatment.
